We asked the Author:
What is your favorite word? Stink! LOL I don’t cuss so I use this work in place of any expletive needed.
What is your least favorite word? The F-bomb. I have studied linguistics and know that cuss words change over time. I enjoy creating new and different words, especially for my pirates or any of my Scifi books. Cusswords will change over the next 50 years. So I think it makes sense to try and create something new.
What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally? Life. I look around and see people and events around me which gets my creativity going. Spiritually, I really enjoy reading my Bible and discussing it with other Christians.
What turns you off? Rudeness. So many people try to bring others down when there is no need to do so. The old adage, “If you have nothing nice to day, don’t say it all” really should be taught more.
What is your favorite curse word? Stink!
What sound or noise do you love? The beach. Waves crashing against the sand always calms and soothes my soul. I can sit on the beach for hours and just meditate. It’s very rejuvenating.
What sound or noise do you hate? Sirens. I live down the street from a fire station and whenever I hear sirens I wonder if someone was injured. I always hope it’s not the case.
What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? Being a spy. I think it would be so exciting to travel the world and learn everyone’s secrets!
What profession would you not like to do? Personal Trainer. I hate to work out! Trying to motivate others to do something I can’t stand would be rotten.
If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates? “Welcome, my good and faithful servant.”
